Stéphane teaches country dancing since 1994. In 1995, he decides to open his own dance school : « Les Cow-boys de la Rive-Sud ».
Ex president of the ACDC (Canadian Association of Country Dancing)
Member of the NTA level 2 (National Teachers Association).
18h Certification of judge training at UCWDC.
Competition judge at ACDC.
Coordinator of different events such as the biggest in the eastern Canada, Festival Western de St-Tite. He deals with supervision, scheduling and organization of country dancing in the Sportium.
He is also one of the first Quebecer to make tours in France since 2005.
He offers his services to make discovering his choreographies and the most beautiful dances danced in America.
Nowadays, Stéphane Cormier has also experience as a DJ for country dancing parties. He never stopped following dance lessons and he is now at the level 2 of the NTA (National Teachers Association). Stéphane also gives lessons in different line dancing motions.
Between 80 and 100 students from beginners to advanced level come to the dance school « Les Cow-boys de la Rive-Sud ». They are between 16 and 65 years but most of them are about 30. Some of them are trained to compete.
